Nebelungs are beautiful, loving, loyal cats who blossom on stability and routine activities. With strangers they appear to be timid, and most often want a home without much noise. However, once they warm up to their humans, they are affectionate, intelligent, and loving pets that tend to bond to one or two family members. Once he or she is settled into their home, however, a Nebelung tends to be very devoted to family members, often following them from room to room. This is a feline that enjoys a lap cuddle and plenty of petting, but is also able to spend time on their own. We will communicate more about living with Nebelung kittens in future.
GROOMING
Like any cat, your Nebelung will benefit from regular nail trimming, teeth brushing, and veterinary checkups and vaccinations. friendly toward humans, good lap cat, requires lots of grooming. The Nebelung's long, double coat can take up to two years to come in fully. They are not prolific shedders, but their coat will require regular weekly grooming to ensure that it does not become matted or tangled. Use a brush designed for long-haired cats to prevent damage to your feline's silky fur.
TEMPERAMENT
Nebelungs can be an excellent pet for seniors, thanks in large part to her relatively subdued, easygoing personality. They are quite capable of entertaining themselves and will engage in play throughout the day, but these are Kittens that are more than happy to sit quietly near their favorite humans or on an available lap. This is a breed that bases entirely on routines. She appreciates having things in the same place and at the same time each day, particularly feedings. with changes to the environment, she will take time to adapt to new routines and this will make them stressed.
HEALTH
Nebelung cats do not have any known tendency towards any specific health conditions, but like any cat, may develop a health condition or illness during their lifetime. These breed of cats will live longer; up to 18 years or older. These cats are fairly regular shedders, so folks with dander allergies need to opt for a different breed. As you're brushing, keep an extra eye on their ears, making sure they're clean and free of debris to avoid ear infections
My Nebelung kittens grow up to be people cats that are all over you, cats that always be on the lap, are very active and always in the middle of what you are doing. They will become your companion and friend for life. These wonderful Nebelung kittens we have for sale can live into their late teens, so be prepared to have a long relationship with these old fashioned charmers.I screen every buyer to make sure they are suitable for one of my kittens. You will have to sign a spay/neuter contract to ensure the kitten is not used for breeding. I do not sell kittens to people that intend to declaw the kitten. This is very a very ugly practice, both physically and emotionally to a cat. I feel if you are a true cat lover you would never consider doing this.
